On another forum I frequent, somebody has reported that General Music, the Italian makers of the rather excellent Promega3 Keyboard (Keith's Stage Piano of choice throughout the ELP reunion era) has gone bankrupt.
Their website is now a simple placeholder showing their URL, but I've yet to find a press release or anything on the web.
Sad if true. Though never popular like Korg or Roland, the Promega keyboards were awesome. I played one in a shop a few yers ago and it felt and played and sounded so real.
Anyone else know anything?

That would really be a sad thing, if indeed they are out of business. I've never played an GEM keyboards, but I've heard a lot of good things about them. And, if Keith uses them, I know for a fact that they're top notch instruments. Searching the Net brought zero results...... if it's true, then it's certainly a very sad thing.
