I am VERY happy to say that I am going to the ASIA concert on August 17th in Raleigh, North Carolina.... Just got my Ticket
Can't wait to hear them ;D

I know the whole time, I'm gonna be yelling .... " Palmer, Palmer"... LOL ;D Not that the others are superb players.... they certainly ARE. But I am mainly looking forward to seeing and hearing Carl.  |

So, I guess that Carl Palmer had to do "Double Duty" at the High Voltage Festival..... Playing with Asia one day... and then ELP the next. He stayed busy... ;D |

Asia concert was great.... and what a real treat it was, to hear Carl Palmer again. Every time I've heard him perform, either with ELP or Asia... I've always been tremendously impressed with his musicianship, and his astounding performances. He is a real powerhouse !!! Steve Howe, John Wetton and Geoff Downes were superb. They performed all their well known tunes, as well as songs from their latest album. The show was AWESOME, and I didn't want it to end. |
