Question is, speaking as a progrocking Led Zep fan (!) Is the rest of the album as good .... and should I invest my pennies in it?

I'm afraid that not being a big Zep fan I only purchased the one track!

Perhaps someone else can help you out and perhaps encourage me to get the rest of the album.
